The basic concept of filter
The filter is a device that uses a porous filter to achieve solid-liquid separation. Filters are used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry, food, mineral processing, coal and water treatment sectors. The filter is a new type of filter system with novel structure, small size, simple and flexible operation, airtight work, and a multi-purpose filter device with strong applicability. Filtration technology has been applied to production in ancient China, and paper made of plant fibers was available in 200 BC.
The filter pump pumps the filtrate into the tank through the inlet pipe and is full. Under the action of pressure, the solid impurities in the filtrate are intercepted by the filter on the filtrate, and a filter cake is formed on the filter. The filtrate passes through the filter and is filtered. The nozzle enters the liquid outlet pipe and flows out of the tank, so that there is a clear filtrate.
This increases the filtering resistance and the pressure in the tank. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the slag needs to be discharged. Stop the input of the filtrate into the tank and blow the compressed air into the tank through the overflow pipe to blow the hydraulic pressure in the tank to be filtered. Put it into another filter or other container and blow dry the filter cake. Turn off the compressed air, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator to vibrate the filter leaf, shake off the filter cake on the filter screen and discharge it through the slag discharge port under the tank.
